APRIL 2025 BENEDICTION

Heavenly Father, as we remember the journey of the cross Your Son took for us, help us to remember the price He paid for us to receive such life abundantly and free from the chains of fearing sin and death. Help us to share Your love and grace upon our neighbors and others, so they may know You. Give us strength and comfort through our difficult seasons. Heal and deliver us from our darkest fears and our brokenness. May we remember the true season of Spring, seeking renewal and revival within us and our world. I pray in Jesus’ Name and by Your Holy Spirit. Thank you for Your Son, Jesus Christ! Amen.

2025 DEVOTIONAL: PSALM 2025

PSALM 2025 READINGS. Due to the Lent season, we’re taking a break from our PSALM 2025 Readings until after Easter. If you’re behind on PSALM 2025 Readings, e-mail us no later than Saturday, April 12th, 2025, to receive a rescheduled list of psalms readings.

LENT 2025. We are continuing our LENT reading of Peace with the Psalms: 40 Readings to Relax Your Mind and Calm Your Heart by Abide Christian Meditation. We will conclude this book this month. The last chapter is scheduled for Psalm Sunday, Sunday, April 13th, 2025.

HOLY WEEK (2025). Starting Palm Sunday, we will begin a new supporting devotional, The Messiah’s Psalms, according to the Book of Psalms. This devotional will explore Jesus’ journey to the Cross relating to verses from Psalms. Below is the schedule for Holy Week.

GAMES & PUZZLES

We have 5 new puzzles (2-3 Crosswords, Word Search, KenKen, and an Easter 2025 Hymn Cryptogram). They will be available later this Friday on WordPress We will also have 3 more Hymn Cryptograms starting next Saturday, April 12th.

BLOGS & WRITING PROJECTS

OLD BUSINESS: We are rescheduling all blogs, poetry, short stories, writing projects, and reviews from January, February, & March for future dates. Due to Lent and Holy Week, there are no scheduled writing projects or blogs for the month of April.

NEW BUSINESS: April is the National Poetry Month. We will post new poems during the month of April, as we prepare for a new poetry book later this year. Join the challenge by writing a poem or two in your downtime.

This April, we’ll be busy posting unfinished and new lip sync series this month:

HYMNS Reimagined (PART II), which started last year, will conclude this month.
The Part I of 3rd Year Anniversary will feature song under the theme, “YOU SHALL LIVE.” The next two parts upcoming in September and December of this year.
Women of Gospel, celebration of old school and modern Gospel singers, will proceed as well, despite Women’s Month already passed.
HOLY WEEK will feature both 2024 and 2025 playlists during the week of Holy Week.
ROMANS 8:28 is the first collaboration. The GFJ & Devotional Combined 7-Day series begins the week of Easter Sunday. This will feature songs referencing Romans 8:28 on GFJ Reels with a devotional each day on WordPress to talk about the different meanings of one of the most referenced verses in the Bible through song.

NEW BUSINESS: In the month of April, we are finishing up posting last year’s content in the wake of new content in the full month of April.

FALL GUYS SPRING-A-THON: This month, we’re playing Fall Guys every day for 5 full weeks, starting from March 30th to May 3rd. This will include Knockout and Solos modes every day and Sundays, along with other modes the rest of the week. These videos will not be posted until all content from November 2024 to now are posted on YouTube. We plan on posting them by next Sunday, April 6th. Below is the schedule we’re planning this month.
